We are a group of law abiding citizens in Santa Monica, California that are being the targets of the Gang Stalking criminal organization with headquarters in Santa Monica.  We will start publishing pictures of the gang stalkers that are using ARSINE gas and other highly toxic gasses to incapacitate law abiding citizens, in particular elderly that have no support and can be easily deemed as paranoid / schizophrenic if they complain to the authorities (Police and Fire Departments). We will give details about the concentrations used along with symptoms and picture of the Gang Stalkers that dispense it.
